My Work

This page goes over a few of my most recent projects. This is not all inclusive, but a good variety of my experience with LMS platforms, instructional technologies, learning analysis, quality assurance, and website creation.

Non-degree badging

I was the technical lead on course building and non degree badging for this project, which sought to deliver credential-earning courses to a learning population of nearly 10k across the globe. This is one example of a course that was delivered. This project involved Courseleaf CIM, badging committee defense, course design, instructional technology integration, and finally, badge delivery to a large amount of learners.

Emory University LMS

I was brought on to Emory University to lead a redesign of the Canvas LMS courses used in their #1 ranked Nursing programs. Over the years, I developed 2 iterations, with this being the most recent version. This LMS design is used across their online and on-campus courses throughout the Nursing degree program.

Bridge2AI Summer School

I was brought on to this project to lead curriculum delivery across 4 major universities (OHSU, WashU, USF, Cornell). This is an example of a multidisciplinary summer school delivered to learners from all backgrounds, from undergrad to grad, clinical to computational. This project is a multi-year grant funded by the NIH, seeking to use voice as a biomarker and training the next generation of professionals to use this data to influence healthcare.

Learning Experience Analysis

This analysis is in relation to the Summer School. As this project is the highest funded grant awarded by the NIH, there is heavy focus on not only curriculum implementation, but effectiveness of delivery. Therefore, I completed the final analysis of our first, public delivery. Overall, it received a 4.05/5 for effectiveness, which was seen as a success amongst stakeholders.

Quality Assurance Site

As leader of the quality assurance process at Northeastern University's EDGE unit, I was in charge of redesigning the QA so it became multi-faceted and more efficient. After steady progress towards this goal, with a layered, timeline approach and integration of an AI tool that accelerated our QA efforts, I developed this website to share with the public. As we are focused on expanding our business, this site serves not only for instructional purposes, but also for marketing and exposure purposes as we aim to secure more development deals across the corporate and university landscape.

AI Project

I was the technical lead from the instructional team on a multi-year AI project with a Boston-based AI startup which sought to increase design speed and scale learning delivery through auto-graded qualitative assessments. The ability to auto-grade an essay was a valuable proposition for our team, and after the initial year of partnership, our priority shifted solely towards this grading effort, with this presentation being the final outcome.
